This page answers the questions we'd ask ourselves: what Orderseam is, who runs it, what it does and doesn't do, and how to try it without risk. What is Orderseam?
Orderseam (one word, also written OrderSeam or Order Seam) is purchase order entry software for brands that sell wholesale on Shopify. When a boutique or store sends you a PO, you forward the email or upload the file. Orderseam reads every line, matches each product and option (size, color, scent, flavor, pack size) to your Shopify catalog, flags anything unclear, and creates a Shopify draft order when you click Approve.
From the approved order it can also make the Net-terms invoice and email payment reminders until the store pays. It doesn't collect payments or charge your buyers' cards; they pay you the way they do today.

Is Orderseam legit?
Yes, and here's what you can check yourself rather than take our word for it:
- It's on the Shopify App Store. Shopify reviews apps before listing them, and when you install, Shopify shows you exactly what store access the app asks for before you agree.
- A real company stands behind it. 369 Delivery LLC is named in our terms and privacy policy.
- Our privacy policy names every service provider that handles your order data, and what each one does.
- You never pay to find out. The trial needs no card, and you can stop at any time.
What we won't do is claim a long track record. We're new: we don't have hundreds of reviews yet, and we won't show logos or testimonials we don't have. If that matters to you, start small, with one old PO, and judge the result.
What does Orderseam do with your orders and data?
It uses your POs, catalog and Shopify data only to run the service for you. In short:
- An AI model reads your order documents. Its provider isn't allowed to train on them, and neither do we.
- Your data is never sold, never shared for advertising and never mixed with other brands' data.
- Only the people who run Orderseam can see your POs, only to provide and support the service, and every look is logged.
- Nothing goes to a store without your approval, unless you turn on autopilot for buyers you choose.
- Your data is deleted within 30 days after you leave, or sooner if you ask.
Like any web app, Orderseam relies on a short list of service providers to host the app, send emails and read documents. They're all named in section 7 of our privacy policy.
What doesn't Orderseam do?
- It doesn't guess. Unknown items, unclear quantities and price differences are held for you to decide.
- It doesn't replace Shopify B2B or your wholesale portal. It handles the orders that arrive outside them, by email, PDF or photo.
- It doesn't collect payments or hold your money.
- It doesn't ask stores to learn anything new. They keep ordering the way they do today.
How to try Orderseam safely
- Look first. The demo inbox has sample POs from made-up brands. No account needed.
- Start with an old PO. Pick one you've already entered, so you can compare Orderseam's draft line by line with what you shipped.
- Approve nothing you haven't checked. The draft order sits in your Shopify admin until you send the invoice yourself.
