How it works

From inbox to draft order in three steps

  1. Forward the PO

    Send the buyer's email, attachment or photo to your Orderseam address. There's nothing for your stores to change.

  2. Check the size grid

    Each line lands in a style × color × size grid matched to your catalog. Typos and abbreviations are fixed with a note saying what changed. Unknown styles, sizes you don't make and unclear quantities wait for your call.

Before you reply

Does it replace my wholesale app?

No. Orderseam creates standard Shopify draft orders, so it sits alongside whatever B2B or wholesale setup you already use.

What does it need from my store?

Access to read your products and create draft orders. We set this up together during the pilot, with your permission.

What if a line is wrong or unclear?

It's flagged, not guessed. Lines that need a decision are held out of the draft order until you pick an option.

Will my buyers know I use Orderseam?

Only if you tell them. Orderseam works inside your own Shopify admin, and your buyers keep dealing with you as usual.

Who's behind it

A founder you can email directly

Orderseam is built and run by its founder, Ram. During the founding pilot, Ram sets up each brand's catalog matching personally. Every email gets a reply from a person, not a ticket queue.

What we promise about your orders

  • Your orders stay yours. We use them only to build your draft orders. We never sell them, share them with other brands, or use them to train AI models.
  • Deleted when you leave. Within 30 days after your pilot ends, or sooner if you ask.
  • Nothing goes out without you. Orderseam creates drafts only. You send every invoice.
  • Disconnect any time. Remove Orderseam's access from your Shopify admin whenever you like.
