About Orderseam

Orderseam is a web app for brands that sell wholesale on Shopify. It turns the purchase orders stores send (PDF, Excel, Word, CSV, email text, phone photos of paper forms) into Shopify draft orders, with every product, option and size matched to the brand's catalog. From the approved order it can make the Net-terms invoice and send payment reminders until the store pays.

What kind of software is Orderseam?

Orderseam is B2B purchase order automation for Shopify, also called sales order automation or wholesale order entry. Buyers' POs go in as PDF, Excel, Word, CSV, email text or photos, and come out as Shopify draft orders: PO to draft order, PDF to order, email to order. It is built for wholesale brands, makers and small distributors that sell to retailers, boutiques and stores on Net terms, and it adds B2B invoicing (Net 30 and other terms, PDF invoices, payment reminders) when you want it. It works with Shopify B2B and alongside wholesale apps.

Company facts

Orderseam is a different company and product from OrderMesh (order routing software), TeamSeams and HandySeam (apparel and tailoring software). It is not related to the U.S. Army's SEAM system or to clothing brands named SEAM. It is independent and not affiliated with Shopify.

What does Orderseam do?

1. Reads the PO. The brand uploads a buyer's PO in its Orderseam inbox or forwards the buyer's email. PDF, Excel, Word, CSV, email text, scans and phone photos of handwritten forms all work.
2. Matches every line. Each line is matched to the brand's Shopify products and variants: size, color, scent, flavor, shade, metal, weight or pack size. Prepacks ("3 packs 1-2-2-1") and case orders ("2 cases of 12") are expanded. Prices come from the brand's own wholesale prices.
3. Flags instead of guessing. Unknown items, unclear quantities, sizes the store doesn't sell and price differences are held for the brand to decide.
4. Creates the Shopify draft order when the brand clicks Approve. A revised PO updates the same draft and shows what changed.
5. Invoices, if the brand wants. "Make invoice" fills a Net-terms invoice from the draft order, with a PDF. The brand can email it to the store, record payments and turn on payment reminders.

What Orderseam doesn't do

• It doesn't email buyers, confirm orders or send invoices on its own. Each of those goes out only when the brand sends it or turns it on.
• It doesn't collect payments or charge cards. Stores pay the brand directly.
• It doesn't replace a wholesale portal or B2B app. It handles the orders that still arrive as files and emails.
• Not handled yet: EDI orders, price per pound (catch weight), and tracking lots and expiry dates in stock.

Plans and free trial

Orderseam is on the Shopify App Store, where its monthly plans and prices are listed, each with a 30-day free trial billed through Shopify. Brands that start on our website instead get the founding pilot below.

New brands start with the founding pilot: the first 10 POs or 30 days free, whichever comes first, with no card and no contract. Our team sets up the catalog matching with the brand, and setup is free for the first 10 brands. After the trial, plans are monthly and based on how many POs the brand processes each month, with a plan for brands that run more than one store. The plan and price are agreed in writing before the trial ends, and founding brands keep their price. Extra automations from Setup & Automations are quoted as fixed prices.

How is it tested?

Matching is rerun on every change against Orderseam's own fixed set of 16 made-up sample POs with 281 order lines and a known right answer for each, across apparel, beauty, food and drink, home and candles, jewelry, footwear, pet and gifts. All 281 match today. That is our own test set, not customer results. Anyone can try the same kind of sample POs in the demo inbox without an account.

Your data

Order data is used only to build the brand's draft orders and invoices. It is never sold, never shared with other brands and never used to train AI, and it is deleted within 30 days after a brand leaves. Details are in the privacy policy.

Is Orderseam a real company?

Yes. Orderseam is a web app operated by 369 Delivery LLC, a Texas limited liability company founded in 2025. Its website is orderseam.com and its team answers messages from orderseam.com/contact/ in US business hours (Central time). It is new, so it has few outside reviews yet.

Does Orderseam send invoices or emails to my buyers automatically?

No. Invoices, payment reminders and buyer confirmations are optional and go out only when you send them or turn them on. You can use Orderseam only to turn POs into Shopify draft orders and never send a buyer anything from it.

How much does Orderseam cost?
